Thanks for asking about allergies and dietaries, (pineapple), oysters came out with a sauce, staff that placed it on the table didn’t say anything, already took a bite with the sauce and the original waiter that took our order came back and said there was pineapple in the sauce. Spent the next 90 minutes feeling very uncomfortable with my allergic reaction. Oysters are endless to a point, it was mentioned that if staff see the plate empty, they would refill, but each refill would take up to 10 minutes when it only takes 1 min for 3 of us to finish 9 pieces. Endless lunch set, Squid, chicken and papaya mango salad actually quite delicious, chicken was not dry

We were the first through the door for the $59 endless lunch. The oysters were shucked to perfection, with minimal shell and easy to eat. The highlight of the meal was the $8 scallop special which we ordered separately from the endless lunch deal. They were served in a beautifully rich sauce—perfect for mopping up with bread. While the chicken and papaya weren’t quite to my taste, I still thoroughly enjoyed the experience and loved the squid entree which was a decent size!

We came here after seeing the social media ads for their Chicken Night deal, and wow—we were not disappointed! The food was fantastic, the chicken portion was generous, and the customer service was top-notch. We had chicken with shared sides, a drink, and dessert, all for under $60 per person—fantastic value for tasty restaurant-quality food. The vibe is lively, with chic breakbeat and house music playing, so it’s not a quiet, romantic spot but perfect for hanging out. We had a great time and will be back!

All scales are out of 5 🍩🍩🍩🍩 (Flavour scale) Flavour was quite unique, standout dishes had to be the squid and duck. The squid had a Smokey grilled flavour accompanied with a sauce that matched very well. The duck was juicy, soft and full of flavour. 💰💰💰(Value for money) It’s a mid-range restaurant, you’d expect to pay slightly higher prices. We settled for the deluxe banquet that was priced quite well for the amount of dishes. 🙏🙏🙏(Service staff) Service was great at the entrance as we were welcomed, staff that served us later were less enthusiastic. 🫃🫃🫃(Portion size for big boy) As a set menu the portions were surprisingly filling, a good mix of meats, salads and carbs to fill you up. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 (Date night?) This place screams date night, moody lighting with an industrial designed interior. A nice place to bring a date.

We had a great time here. Casual atmosphere but a really nice interior designed by Edwert Leaf. We sit next to bar, colourful glass bottles with dim lights in front original brick wall. The food is amazing! We had the tasting menu with grilled chicken. It finished with a mango mousse. Perfect for the night.

Got the endless lunch for $59pp and it was so worth it. Oysters were fresh and super tasty, staff was so attentive. The oysters come out 2 at a time so there can be a bit of a wait but we still managed to eat our fill (plus, the other dishes were SO good! THE SQUID!!). 10/10 would recommend and planning to revisit!

I left my man-bag (fine, it's a purse or fanny pack as some would call it) at Firebird. They were kind enough to hold it safely before closing as I rushed back. Five-star service for that alone. But this venue packs a punch when it comes to its dishes. Their oysters were fresh and vibrant; kingfish tartare sublime; and the beef carpaccio heavenly tangy sweet, although it could do away with the white crumbs of crackers which resembled maggots (sorry). Not everything needed a crunch. Our mains of grilled chicken with morning glory and papaya salad were also elevated. Outstanding Aus-Asian fusion.

Not a good choice if you want a happy dining experience. The food was okay, but the female staff was really unprofessional showing poker face even when she was bring the cake to us :( We bought a cake along for birthday celebration and informed the staff that we planned to take the remaining portion home after the celebration to share with our family before she unpacked the cake. Unfortunately, the plastic protective board underneath the cake was thrown away when the staff returned it to us. Instead of placing the cake back on the board, the staff pushed the cake directly into the box, which caused the cake to collapse and looks terrible. We complained to the team but no one cares. 听劝报来这付钱受气中国人不骗中国人😃
