"Felina The setting of Felina Bar feels somewhat like hanging out at a friend's apartment: all vintage chairs and couches, with low lighting and jazz setting the scene. Don't rush the bartenders, who mix drinks with great attention and will happily tell you about spirits and the burgeoning Mexico City cocktail scene."

"The Condesa neighborhood is packed with hipster bars that are now past their prime, but Felina is tucked away enough that it still feels like a discovery. With its specialty rum-based cocktails and mid-century furnishings—which got a major revamp this year—it has a little bit of a Mad Men feel. The bar's arty crowd heads here after work and on lazy weekend afternoons to enjoy the drinks, watch the skilled bartenders, and listen to the great playlists of obscure soul which the bar is famous for. Get there late and you'll be standing."

"Away from the central party zone of Condesa, Felina still feels like a secret. Located in a corner apartment building, the bar has been renovated in recent years to become more refined. Some of the staff know more than others, so hopefully you'll get lucky and come on a night when an expert bartender is mixing up perfect Manhattans, negronis, anything made with the extensive list of rums." - Scarlett Lindeman

2025 #10 (CDMX #10, Cocktails #1): have literally been meaning to come here for years (stopped in in 2022 but never ordered anything). The drinks and vibe here are great! I ordered the 1Claro Negroni ~$179 (gin, vermut carpano bianco, vermut carpano dry, chartreuse amarillo, bitter de habanero, campari) and it was strong and delicious. I had a hard time choosing what to order because so many of their drinks sounded so interesting. While I didn't order anything to eat, the tacos my friends ordered all looked great and I'll probably come back to try some next time. Service was also very good/friendly (especially for a busy Saturday night!). No pretension here; just good drinks :) Previous review #9: Du Te, Chinese Next review #11: Borel, Cafe/Wine Bar

Google
Cocktail bar that has partnered with an next-door taco place. They offered great author cocktails (their specialty are in the “negroni” favlor spectrum), and original fancy tacos. Price is fair. Service is great. Flavors also great. Atmosphere is nice too.

Great vibes! Low lighting and velvet seats in a cocktail lounge type space. Really good selection of drinks with some interesting Negroni options. The food options were also delicious.

Yelp
We loved the vibe of this cocktail bar! It does not actually say "Felina" on the outside of the bar, so we didn't realize we were in the right spot until the host overheard us chatting about where the bar was located. It is a very chill vibe and the drinks are strong. It was fun to come here with my husband and enjoy a leisurely cocktail!

Yelp
Perhaps the darkest bar I ever encountered, Felina would be perfect for a clandestine meeting. I couldn't see anyone's faces, and Felina was packed with people. The bartenders take mixology very seriously and work so hard, they have no time to engage. I'm a gabber and enjoy talking at a bar. That was impossible at Felina. However, if you're planning on having an affair, meeting someone you don't want anyone else to know about, having drinks with a group of ugly people you don't want to look at, Felina is the perfect spot.

Yelp
Looking at previous reviews, I don't think this will come as a shock to anyone: this is a cool hipster cocktail lounge in CDMX. On a night out on my own, I wanted to find a relaxed cocktail to enjoy some solo time (treat yo self) and ended up at Felina Bar. From the outside, it's an unassuming brick building in the southern part of Condesa, I actually walked past it at first. Once inside, you're taken into an intimate, Mad Men-style 1960s bar with vintage furniture and art. The mixologists were friendly and helped me figure out what kind of drink I was looking for. Though I can't remember the name, I got 2 of the same pink cocktail that was beautifully made and not too overpowering. I ended up taking it over to one of the leather couches and just sipping it down. Cocktails were around $6, and the menu is decently lengthy. Coolest part about this bar? The bathroom is inside a false wall. Right across from the entrance, you push the wooden wall, and a door opens to two, single-stall bathrooms, which were actually very clean and renovated. This place is definitely a spot, but there weren't many other people, probably because it was a weekday. Felina Bar would be great for a date night or if you're looking to catch up with a couple of friends over the weekend.

Yelp
Felina is just the kind of bar I was looking for during my short stay in Mexico DF: awesome cocktails, great service, nice low light ambiance, cool music in the background. The decor is also pretty cool, with art déco styled wallpaper and vintage chairs and sofas. Also helps that they were not crowded when I arrived around 9pm. I got a quick glimpse at the menu and a house version of dry martini got my attention. Preparation was top notch, with the bartender making sure that the cocktail was at the right temperature to be served and well stirred. Same is true when I asked for a negroni, made with premium booze and a bartender's choice at the end of the night, a mezcal sour. Food menu looked good too, but I wanted to visit a nearby spot for tacos (Taquería El Califa) so I ended up skipping it. The assorted nuts and dried fruit snack was good though. While I was sipping my cocktails I ended up getting acquainted with bartender Pollo and he introduced me to a few locals and also gave me a few bar recommendations around town. That was also fun.

Yelp
One of the bartenders was shamelessly wearing a black tee with the Nazi schutzstaffel logo on it. Very sad and disappointed to see something like this in the "progressive" part of town in the year 2019. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I took a picture at the time, but I convinced myself that I had mistaken the logo for something else. Once I got home and looked it up, I was very upset. Attached is the exact logo on his shirt.

Yelp
Hipsters from LA that are flocking to DF UNITE. (lol if you are from LA - think Bar Bandini + El Prado). Dark bar, good vibey tunes, delicious (sweet) cocktails, and a hidden bathroom. Kind of off the beaten path on a street corner, quiet part of town - which is a great respite from the hustle and bustle of crazy loud bars. It's a small spot - reminds me of going to someones living room, cozy vibes for sure. They also serve food - we had stuffed ourselves prior, so we did not dabble. They also have a wide selection of liquors beyond Mezcal if you decided to dabble beyond.

Yelp
I'd say the perfect drinking spot you can go anytime or before going out clubbing. Cozy environment, feels intimate, not too loud (you can still hear your conversation, if you know what I mean), good drinks, super low-key. Will go back anytime.

Yelp
This bar could have been any cool hipster bar in Oakland, CA or Brooklyn, NY... which I mean as a compliment. Small space with very hip vibe-- like, the type of place that plays jazz from actual records (I think they were using an iPhone, but you know what I mean). But not pretentious (soooo, unlike Brooklyn) and bartenders/servers very chill and lovely. The drinks are fantastic and the prices are good-- a wide selection of classics, twists on classics, and some very cool locally-created drinks. A very cool/chill place with a great atmosphere.

Yelp
My friend and I were crawling around the kinda bougie but super awesome part of DF (Mexico City) and came upon this awesome gem. People here are from everywhere: all parts of Mexico, Europe, and the US. My friend bravely met a crew of French expats and we quickly became a part of an awesome group. The drinks were amazing: every drink I had had lemon but with varying ingredients such as vodka, scotch, gin, rhubarb syrup, and earl grey tea syrup. Ana is this amazing bartender who fixes your drink quickly but does not skip a single step. She spends most of her time freshly squeezing different fruits into your mix and she has the coolest way of shaking your drink to perfection. If you catch her on her smoke break kindly offer her a cigarette and thank her for making your night so awesome. Finally, the music is ridiculously good here. Everything from rare 60s garage/ surf to rare 90s bands like Austin's 13th floor elevators. Hope you love it!

Yelp
There's a team of mixologists here that are like wizards at the bar. they mix up delicious cocktails in a very upscale/hipster bar. Would be a good place to hang out with a small group of friends or to take a date. The prices are very good for the quality of drink you get. The same drink costs double in the United States so give this place a try.
