I took my little girl here for her first haircut. We called in and made an appointment to come in quick and easy. When we got there the staff and hairdresser were quick to address any concerns both me and my daughter had to put us at ease. Then she was able to watch cartoons as the hairdresser talked to her while cutting her hair. When it was all over we got a lock of her hair with a certificate that said the date of her first haircut. I will definitely be going there again for her next haircut because it was a very good and enjoyable experience for us.

Love this place! Came here for my son’s first hair cut and had a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hair cut station is perfect with a little car and TV screen in front to keep the little ones engaged - our hair dresser was very kind and patient. The shop also had a great variety of toys and clothes. We walked away tear free with a haircut and a lovely first hair cut certificate including his lock of hair attached! Will absolutely be back!

I think you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere with staff as kind, patient and generous (not to mention phenomenally good hairdressers) as you will at Doodle Doo’s. We had the most amazing experience here this morning. My 3 year old son hates getting his haircut and Dana, Rahal and Dolores were amazing and so understanding. It’s a bit of a bonus that it’s also a fantastic toy store but it’s the people that make a business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart x

The kids love getting haircuts because of this place. Always fun. Always treated great. Staff is amazing. Cuts are the best. The only downfall is that you can’t just get a haircut. You always buy something. It’s hard not to with their great toys and books.

Great experience! We had a bad haircut from some other hairdresser and thought we were stuck with it till it grows out. Luckily, Rahel saw things very differently! Rahel fixes the bad cut, and in fact turned it around completely - she gave my daughter the best cut she’s ever had! Amazing!

You probably shouldn't go here if you want to style your child's hair. Took my son and asked for a very specific haircut we just ended up with a very messy, uneven trim. This was yesterday. Today I've had to make another appointment at a proper barbershop to fix the mess they created. They may be ok if you have no preference and want to take off an inch or so. They need some professional development to keep up with the times. Very disappointed!

If you want your kid NOT to freak out on his first haircut…bring him to Doodle Doo's! I took my son for his first haircut when he was 9 months old. Between one girl blowing bubbles at him, Cartoons playing in front of him and Him seating on a NYC Taxi barber Chair…He was in heaven! So overwhelmed with so much to look at…He didn't even noticed he got a haircut LOL. Gina is great! We always got to her. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great! Lots of cool toys for every kids age to choose from!!! Strongly recommend it!
