Impressively elusive, mysterious, and mildly hard to find. The exploration and wander to achieve the discovery of this store creates a magical experience. The grand entrance of mirrors tucked behind a very lovely coffee shop is a great way to start. The build outs and aesthetic of the store really are awe-inspiring. The staff is super friendly and dress very well to represent the store. The employee Sky was very hospitable. The offering is nothing like I’ve seen in LA and truly inspiring. 10/10 would only shop here.

This store is unlike any other—enter through the coffee shop to find the most unique and curated collection of menswear—super cool aesthetic space with lots to discover. The owner took time to tell me about some pieces that caught my eye and the designers behind them. There are new treasures to be found on every visit. Love this place!

Had the chance to visit this great store all the way from NYC. Selection, buy and curation of the store is top notch. You can find anything to upgrade your style. Labels that are classic as well as under the radar brands. If you want to be ahead, always check out what they are offering. Space is very aesthetic, vibrant, great vibes and superior customer service. The total package for a downtown boutique. Oh and their online site is very impressive. Love the editorials and styling. Can’t wait to stop by again when I’m in Los Angeles!

Best menswear store in LA. They carry a wide range of designers from more classic to very adventurous and bold. Such a good selection of Lemaire. Plenty of brands to discover here that I’ve never heard of.

A must stop in LA. Visited for the first time last week, it was such a great experience! Guy working was super helpful, knowledgable and kind! I appreciated all the care and attention to detail he provided. He helped me navigate brands I was not as familiar with. Great curation -super dope shop! Thanks again Departmento. I will be back! Very high end and artistic clothing tucked behind a coffee shop. For more than I am willing to pay, but I found the staff super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It was interesting to learn about the different lines and what makes them unique. Skylar was great - very knowledgeable and thoughtful!

A menswear store that buys with a unisex mindset, I loved the selection of thoughtful buys. The shopping experience was so intimate, and the staff is knowledgeable about the stories behind each piece. Can’t believe that they have some of the brands that they do like Loewe and Marni in this hidden gem of a shop. Definitely stop in if only to feel like you’ve discovered something off the trodden path.
