At the Delano Hotel, this cozy spot serves elevated comfort food with a modern twist, offering everything from delectable huevos rancheros to mouthwatering pancakes.
"The fast-casual breakfast and lunch restaurant near the Delano lobby will close on October 30. Della’s Kitchen opened along with the Delano, which replaced THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, in 2014. Open at 7 a.m. Saturday through Wednesday, the restaurant serves breakfast and lunch dishes through the early afternoon. MGM Resorts International has not shared what its plans are for a replacement." - Janna Karel
"Tucked away off the sleek lobby of the Delano, Della’s Kitchen serves farmhouse-style breakfast and lunch favorites with simple ingredients. Entrees include croissant sandwiches with maple-pepper bacon, ginger waffles with cardamom spiced cream, and grass-fed beef burgers. Mimosas are served in flights along with hand-pressed juice." - Janna Karel
"Della’s, thebreakfast-and-lunch-only restaurant at the Delano Las Vegas, prides itself on sourcing ingredients from local farmers and growers—yes, they really exist in the middle of the Nevada desert. The menu has options that can satisfy diners with all sorts of dietary restrictions: vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and more. For breakfast, you can taste the difference that comes with farm-fresh produce, especially in the egg dishes. At lunchtime, the off-menu ramen bowl features a savory mushroom broth with a pork shank, house-fermented cabbage, and a slow-poached egg. Della’s is also one of the only places on the Strip where you can get cold-pressed juice made to order. The overarching commitment to sustainability extends beyond the menu: Glasses here are created from recycledliquor bottles from Vegas clubs."
"What’s better than breakfast all-day? Breakfast burritos all day. Della’s Kitchen located at Delano Las Vegas has one with a wheat tortilla filled with vegetable egg white scramble and California avocado. Healthy even." - Susan Stapleton, Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme
