"With prime real estate on one of the main drags in the Roma, this corner deli-turned-restaurant serves the best Mexi-Mediterranean brunch in town. This translates into long lines on weekends for dishes like Greek Eggs, served with olives, tomato relish, and fresh, warm pita bread. Come for lunch and you'll find wonderful tortas, sandwiches and salads to choose from, too. The real highlight here, though, are the ingredients, which are proudly displayed on the deli counters throughout the space, and which owners Monica Patino (one of the big names in Mexican cuisine) and daughter Micaela Miguel, go to great pains to source from local and global suppliers. There's everything from Ensenada olive oil, to French wines, to hard-to-find Middle Eastern ingredients, to small-batch honeys, coffees, teas, and jams produced all over the country."

Dismal service, unwelcoming atmosphere, and disappointing desserts. Upon arriving at this café/market, we were not acknowledged and had to wait to get anyone’s attention. When someone finally noticed us, we were ignored, and another customer was served before us, even though we had arrived first. Eventually, a server told us to sit anywhere, which wasn’t welcoming at all. We sat down in the cramped restaurant area where the tables were uncomfortably close to each other. We never received a menu and had to stand up to see what pastries were available. The concept was unclear—whether it was a sit-down restaurant or if you were supposed to order à la carte. When the server finally came to take our order, his attitude was terrible. We ordered a latte and a vanilla tea, paired with a carrot and beet pastry, and what appeared to be a pie with raspberry sauce. While the drinks were decent, the desserts were a letdown—they didn’t feel as fresh as we had hoped, which was especially disappointing since the desserts were the main reason we visited. The manager, who had a much better attitude, did try to help and made an effort to improve the experience, but the damage had already been done.

This is my go-to breakfast stop when visiting La Roma. Never had any regrets here. Best cafe americano I have found on Av. Obregón. Dear lord, the prosciutto + egg croissant breakfast sandwich was so good I ordered 2.

It was a good experience, first time in this breakfast spot and food market by the cheff Monica Patiño. They offer lot of option but you need to try the chilaquiles, french toast, their juices and bakery which is awesome. Their staff is super friendly and on Sunday they offer brunch for MXN 350 a little buffet on a table, all-you-can-eat.

Really loved the avocado toast in the morning, and sit outside, watch the world.

6.5 chilaquiles verde pretty good. Got with chicken and eggs. Worth coming back and getting other stuff here too, it seems solid but not standout for cdmx

Every year I come to cdmx I make my way to this store to get their lemon cardamom jam. It’s out of this world. This year I also got their Tamarind Chipotle salsa which is great. I have never dined here but maybe I should :)

Wonderful. Fusion of Mexican, Greek and Lebanese food. Very subtle influences using Mexican cuisine as a base. Great green juice this morning and better alternative to a franchise cafe that will remain un-named.

Since it was early and just wanted good Coffee this restaurant was near and since it was early it was not busy at all. They do offer fresh juices as well as different types of coffees, teas, chocolate and infusions. I also tried the pastries and they were also fresh. They do offer seating inside as well as outdoor so feel free to enjoy the space and perhaps enjoy people watching at the same time. I like their presentation of their dishes and their service, we will come back in a few months to try other dishes in their menu.
