Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
This was our first and last purchase at Dela. Despite being promised delivery within 48 hours, a week passed with no product. Responses via email took several days, and eventually, an unnamed colleague informed us that the package was lost.
The refund process is slow, taking another 5–10 days. When I requested a bank transfer instead, the response from the employee was unprofessional and poorly handled. Please see the attached photo as a print screen .
While delays can happen, the lack of respect and proper communication toward a customer is unacceptable. After five days, they finally responded, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.
I would not recommend this store.
Who am I , at least I have a name and I’m a customer where your salary is coming from.
My lawyer will send you official burofax about your nasty behavior Mrs MO MAME . It’s not my level anymore . Good luck for your future customer. Google never forget .
