Ordered the Old School, Asparagus, Big Mac, and Pizzaghetti. The crust was not crispy. Cheese had too much parmesan. The implementation of some of the different styles was poor (e.g. asparagus slices were too big and impossible to bite, spaghetti pizza had bad sauce and bad textures). Personally, the only flavour I liked was the Old School. There are better alternatives. Maybe it was a bad night for them. *Edited after Owner reply to add more details. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos.

From the dough up: very good. The dough though? Really not what I was expecting from a deep dish pizza... nothing like what I’ve enjoyed in Chicago. We had the croque monsieur and the boudin.
