Nice CrossFit place with a fun programming and friendly people. I stayed in Barcelona for 10 days and came here for some drop-ins. They offer different classes (WoD, basic WoD, endurance, gymnastics, weightlifting, open gym). Sometimes, the classes are full (especially in the evening), so it's good to book in advance.

I have been coming to this Box for 4 years and I feel the responsibility to share different things that happen in the day to day that you should consider before coming. Today I went to the 7pm class and there were 24 people in the same class with only 1 coach. I think this is not allowed in Spain but it also puts the students and coaches in an UNSAFE position in which injuries can happen. There wasn’t enough equipment for everyone to use. I ended paying for the class and leaving because I didn’t feel comfortable. In the last year I have seen how different coaches come and go and this is also a sign that something is not working out. It’s a pity that due to the LACK OF MANAGEMENT the beautiful community that comes to this gym is slowly leaving and they obviously don’t care as the gym is in a “great location” and drop ins keep coming. If you are looking for a safe confortable place to workout I suggest you keep looking.

Scores highly in terms of size, quality of equipment, intensity of the training and professionalism from the staff. On top of this, very friendly and positive atmosphere thanks to athletes. For 2025 it looks like the management has taken some action to attract and retain the coaching staff. Hope it remains a bit more stable throughout the year.

Dropped in while visiting the City as it was a short walk from our hotel. Our experience is obviously limited as it was only one class, but it was great. The coach was welcoming, the people were great, the wod was ideal. If we'd stayed longer, we would definitely have returned.

THEY SCAM YOUR CREDIT CARD. They charged us 3 classes instead of 2, admitted they only found 2 people enrolled that day and dit NOT PAY BACK THE ILLEGALLY CHARGED CLASS! BE AWARE! -> PHOTO (have been ghosting ever since) EDIT; (warm up only started seconds before we arrived, but okay) BUT no alternative class was offered at the same time… the response is not correct. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to do a drop in with 2 people. 1. We arrived 8 min late due to traffic. I sent a message before arriving that we would be late because our cab was stuck in traffic at Barceloneta. We are experienced athletes and did not mind dat we didn’t have the warm up they just seconds before started, we could wait for the wod, no problem. However the coach came to us and immediately told us we cannot follow this class or any other class that would start soon(ish). She said that 10 min is unnaceptable. We accepted this and went to another gym which was great. 2. The day after we saw that 60€ was billed. 3 times 20€. We did not give up a third name nor did we get to do the class. We got a response “company policy”. When I ask to see this policy or a reservation made for a third name there is no answer. Horrible horrible horrible! (I first concluded a screenshot of them admitting it.. but Google will not allow it.. horrible experience! Find another box in Barcelona, there are MANY!)

Large box in Poblenou that has a very open space ground floor, with a nice open gym area downstairs if you want to train individually! 🔥 and the staff is friendly and good!

Xabi the coach was very welcoming and gave me a quick tour upon arrival :) love that there is a dedicated space for open gym. It’s relatively well equipped. Unfortunately the ceiling is very low and the rig is installed very close to the wall so it’s not possible to do proper gymnastics. The floor is also very uneven and you cannot drop. Since the OG space is underground, there’s also not much ventilation. People are welcoming and friendly though :)
