Bad service, almost comically so. I've been here about six times and I had to check other reviews to see if I was the only one experiencing the negative vibes. I wasn't.
Not every time but often, staff have been incredibly stuck up, slow, made the wrong order, and biased or capricious about how they treat customers. If they know the customer in front of you they will talk for five minutes instead of moving the line along. If they don't know you they will get your order wrong because they're still talking to the person who ordered before you.
Two baristas have real 'grad student on Twitter' vibes for no reason, and I'm saying that as a progressive voter all my life. They say things that are casually but genuinely bigoted against men, cis people and straight people. That's what I've heard in two out of six visits. So when I see other reviews here also complaining about bigotry (in their cases, race), it's time to say what I know.
