Amazing spot for a beautiful gloomy breakfast. Such a cozy spot with really friendly staff and delicious food. I love that you can customize your chilaquiles exactly the way you like them. I would love if the salsa was slightly spicier, but still really yummy and filling.

Such a great cafe, good vibe, outside table so relaxing in the morning untill have the next table have conversation too loud but nothing to do with cafe, food was amazing, juice (red) a bit bitter, overall recommended.

Delicious food, courteous service and a quaint local vibe. I especially recommend the namesake Chilpa tacos made with shrimp and blue corn tortillas. The French toast is, in my opinion, perfect—light, a sugar glaze, topped with fresh fruit. The one hiccup is that there was a delay in the kitchen and our French toast came out long after our other food have been consumed. The servers and the maître d’ were both contrite about it and ultimately it was worth the wait. We’ll return.

Can’t fault a thing. We had lunch and asked for a variety of ‘Make your own Chilaquiles’ and none disappointed. The lemonade and horchata was better than expected. Service was on point and good. Excellent location in Condesa/Roma Sur area.

One of my favorite places to get Chilaquiles! You have the option to build your own and choose your favorite ingredients; it’s pretty tasty and well-priced! Their smoothies are also good, the service is quick and friendly and the vibes are great! Iwill definitely return!

Chilpa is a chilaquiles haven with endless customization! You can build your own bowl, but the medium size is plenty—especially if you add steak, which is a great choice. While the portion is generous, the salsa (I had the Chipotle) was a bit one-note, keeping it from a perfect score. Still, it’s a solid spot for a hearty chilaquiles fix!
