staff is relatively friendly here, we went there saturday and the waiting time was acceptable, like 10-15mins. shrimp dumplings and siu mai are both very huge like half of fist, bbq pork bun doesn’t taste like what i expected inside but crispy enough outside

Good food overall. Their pork Cha Sui was delicious. Their chicken with rice inside was unique and different, but wasn’t for me.
Soup with fish was quite tasty and their greens were a bit on the older tasting side (not as fresh.
Great aura and staff here.

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. If you’re planning to come on a Saturday around 11:30 AM, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Otherwise, the wait can be extremely long. Even with a reservation, we still had to wait about 10 minutes before being seated.
The wait time for food was quite long—our first dish took a while to arrive, and even after an hour of eating, we still hadn’t received the har gow (shrimp dumplings), which are one of the most common items. In the end, we had to cancel it.
That being said, the food itself was pretty good. I really enjoyed the braised beef tendon, and the fresh bamboo roll with Chinese sausage and shrimp was also quite nice. The octopus, however, was a bit tough to chew.
Overall, decent food, but be prepared for a long wait, especially during peak hours.

I came to this restaurant for din sum on a long weekend Monday. The restaurant opens at 10am but customers were lining up to get in at 9:45am. We made a reservation so we got our table immediately. All the dim sums we ordered were hot and yummy. They refilled our tea pots multiple times. I like the ambiance. The chandeliers were pretty. When we were leaving around noon, there were a big crowd of people waiting for tables.

Service:
The service here is quick and efficient, which is essential for a busy dim sum spot. The servers are friendly, and while they’re focused on getting the food to your table, they’re also happy to answer questions or recommend their specialties. The carts come around frequently with an assortment of dishes, so you don’t have to wait long to try something new. However, the pace can feel a little rushed during peak times, but that’s pretty typical for this style of dining.
Atmosphere:
The atmosphere of this dim sum restaurant feels warm and inviting, with an open, bustling space. It’s lively and sometimes a bit noisy, but that only adds to the charm of the experience. The decor is traditional, with beautiful Chinese lanterns and bamboo accents, which create a nice balance between modern comfort and authentic charm. It’s a great place for a group gathering or a casual family meal. While it can get crowded, the energy of the place really brings the meal to life.

Wonderful Family Dining Experience at Casa Victoria Fine Dining and Banquet
I had a delightful dinner at Casa Victoria Fine Dining and Banquet with my family, including my two kids. The overall experience was fantastic!
The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. They were patient and accommodating, making it a pleasant experience for both adults and kids.
The highlight of our meal was the soup. It was rich in flavor, perfectly seasoned, and heartwarming. My kids and I truly enjoyed every sip! The rest of the dishes were equally impressive, with fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation.
The restaurant’s elegant yet cozy atmosphere made it an enjoyable place for a family meal. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return for another great dining experience. Highly recommended!

Another great dim sum spot, in Markham once again... There's definitely no wrong choice, but I will surely return for their abalone puff that's worth the price, along with their eye-catching shrimp rice rolls and char siu. The puff has a wonderfully flaky and buttery crust, that is filled with minced pork and topped with an abalone that bursts with umami in your mouth. The shrimp rice rolls are delicately thin, but contain the fresh, bouncy shrimp that's coated with an airy tempura batter and fried to perfection. The perfect amount of marbling of half lean and fatty pieces of this char siu means it partially melts in your mouth, as you savour the tender bite of the flesh and the sweet caramelized savoriness of the pork. I'd easily go for this plate of char siu over traditional Chinese BBQ spots.
