"Now based at several branded boutiques (including outposts in Roma, downtown, and posh Lomas de Chapultepec), and with a growing presence in some of the city’s smartest specialty shops, Mexican designer Carla Fernández has come into her own as a fashion force whose geometric cuts and mastery of color lead to clothes for men and women that are as bold as anything on Manhattan and Tokyo runways—yet always come alive with irrepressible Latin verve. Often inspired by indigenous palettes and textiles, the overall feel is edgy and today; and while the fit can be loose, even enigmatic, there’s a sexy something going on that has nothing to do with exposure or flaunt."

Best store in CDMX amazing service and I visited both locations and bought things in both. It’s an experience and the most unique pieces most are one of a kind obsessed!!!!

Beautiful designs. I felt well attended by Chris, who was very helpful and patient. I purchased a gorgeous dress and I can't wait to wear it. Thank you for everything Chris; I genuinely appreciate your help!

Carla Fernández almost singlehandedly elevated Mexican fashion to modern couture. Her concept, deeply rooted in the artisan tradition and minimalist as well as activist at heart, creates wonderfully wearable designs, while still being extravangant and definately unique. Her collections, her shops and her concept should really be on every visitor´s list, who wishes to experience and maybe understand the traditions and great modern rebirth of Mexican culture! Beyond recommended!

A boutique from Mexico City-based fashion designer and label, Karla Fernandez, located in the hip Roma Norte neighborhood. The clothing is inspired by Mexican culture and history. Picked up some awesome accessories for my wife here. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful clothing celebrating the traditional handicrafts in the spirit of “fashion is not ephemeral” (their own words). Host was helpful and welcoming. Absolutely recommend for any art/fashion/earth loving beings.

The store is very unique, contemporary, and beautiful, but the person who worked there was rude, didn't even look at us since she was busy with instagram. That's why we left.

Yelp
This little store and charm and a great host/sales staff of one. She let us just roll around and try stuff on. When we started to ask about colors and styles did we find out the artist/designer used local indigenous fabrics with her designs. Super affordable, very stylish and quality clothes here

Yelp
Slow in getting back to you, with a non committal attitude when conducting business. Lease dept. in San Miguel de Allende is at best sporadically staffed with very limited merchandise. Nice website, service is lacking. I had to call several locations including the alleged headquarters in Mexico City many times to get anyone on the phone that knew what was going on. Oh well, it's Mexico, tomorrow, maybe. The clothing is well constructed with lovely fabrics, the designs are edgy however, they have an awkward quality to them ( the fit). The website shows promise but in reality, no one over 30 would would look anything but goofy in the cothes, thus marketed to the very young, ethereal bodies. The well dressed women of substance have remarked that the one size fits all to the very small sizes make it difficult to even try on. The best thing in my opinion are the fabrics. I have worked with top designers from around the world including Valentino, where I had business dealings with the company in the Rome headquarters prior to their move to Paris, therefore I can honestly say I know a thing or two about good fashion design and marketing.
