Well located hotel. Nearby restaurants and ATMs, outdoor markets|Staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is full of charm, local artwork, and vintage furniture. Has updated bathrooms, hot shower with rain showerhead. Toiletries provided. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Clean soft fresh sheets and fluffy white towels. A/C works well. There is a TV, fridge, minibar. Minimal noise from the street so there must be some soundproofing. Internet is excellent.|There is no elevator but staff is always available to carry luggage.|Included breakfast was fantastic. You can order one of 10 egg dishes from the menu, including Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, Spanish omelet, and several others. Plus there is also a Continental buffet with several cheeses, artesanal breads, sliced meats, cut up fruit, yogurt and granola, other cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juices.

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so much better than we expected with lots of tasteful bars and restaurants very close by. The bedroom was really lovely , clean, and good size with large bathroom. Highly recommend.

Me and my daughter stayed at Cape Heritage Hotel for 1 night. It ticked all the boxes and even more! From arrival, all of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. A huge thank you to each one of them. The building with historic photo's which takes you back in history is well maintained and the air-conditioned room was super clean and beautiful, beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was one of our highlights, sitting underneath the oldest fruit bearing grape vine in the Southern hemisphere, enjoying a huge breakfast and delicious cuppacino, once again served by the hotel's friendly staff. Safe parking and great location within easy walking distance to V&A Waterfront and Bo-Kaap. Can recommend and will definitely be back!!

Three nights here after cruising from Mauritius. Really impressive boutique hotel. Friendly service. Huge bathroom in room 104. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooftop Jacuzzi. Highly recommended.

The accommodations were very nice and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep our room till 4:30 in the afternoon at no extra charge! The breakfasts provided were awesome and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and the people. So accommodating!!!!

This past weekend, we celebrated my mom's birthday at the Cape Heritage Hotel, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel's charm and elegance set the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We invited several guests to join us for the lunch and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. They added extra chairs, a table, and additional cutlery to our apartment to ensure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed.||The attention to detail and the warm hospitality we received made the occasion even more special. The beautiful aesthetics of the hotel, combined with the excellent service, made it the best place for our celebration. ||Let’s not forget the lovely breakfast every morning, compliments to the chef and the team for the lovely service!!

When booking, pay extra attention not to book Cape Town Heritage Hotel& SPA. Very similar names but totally different properties. We made this mistake, so had to pay again to stay in this hotel. Lovely place, pity was only one night though..

The location was terrific, our rooms so comfortable, and the service very accommodating. We had four rooms total each unique and beautiful. The staff was gracious. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each day. ||The many excellent restaurants within walking distance was another benefit.
