"Churrería Fersan, Salamanca by id.real. As we say in Spain, "of all the life" (de toda la vida). There are a few survivors to capitalization in town, and this mini churro spot is one of them. This man wakes up everyday at 4 a.m. in order to serve the freshest churros to surrounding restaurants and coffees for a traditional breakfast, in the "castizo" way. If you're not a sweet tooth, you can always go for his homemade patatas fritas on the go (chips)."
