I don’t usually write reviews, however, I am very unhappy with Suman Brows. I have been going to Suman for 4 years where initially she fixed the shape of my brows with microblading. I won’t even mention the very bad customer service when booking appointments where you are completely ignored and made to feel like they are doing you a favour to see you. Last time I went to see Suman she suggested that I need powder brows due to my skin, however, she did not want to do it as her wrist would get tired and would be painful. She recommended to see someone called Yullia who works with her, who apparently “is great” was of “complete trust”. The end result was that the shape of my brows which took me about 1.5yrs to get there were completely ruined as the beautician was definately not great and did not even know to follow the shape I already had in my brows. Very disappointed on all the money, time and effort I have spent to have to start from scratch. Do not recommend and I will never go back.

The worst experience ever. If you aren’t a celebrity then you will get treated like a nobody. It is the most unprofessional and poor service I have ever received and at £700 I wish I could have a refund. Let’s focus on my results first: patchy, uneven and was told by Suman to get Botox to fix the shoddy job! First appointment: typically was kept waiting because I don’t have 1k followers on Instagram or am I celebrity. Suman could clearly see I had alopecia and I explained this to her and instead of explaining that I may not get the desired look, my money was taken and she started working on them and told me as we started! Had I known, I wouldn’t have waisted £700! I guess im the fool! The treatment which took 3 hours (could have taken much less time if her mobile phone wasn’t a constancy albeit unhygienic distraction). No explanation of the steps involved, just keep taking private calls and sorting her personal life out. Aftercare was confusing! Second appointment: I knew time Keeping was awful so as I live 200 miles away I had to take time off and make arrangements. She cancelled my appointment on the day and claimed that she didn’t have a room But later saw on Instagram a post from The salon and her getting her hair done! I was rebooked for the second day and guess what? Late again! The receptionist could have applied my numbing cream before hand but didn’t and waited for Suman to arrive who then made me wait while she did the eyebrows of a friend who she bumped In to! Her friend told me! The results are appalling and there are so many BETTER PROFESSIONALS who can do a better job! What a waste of time…. Don’t believe the hype!

I have never felt more welcome or looked after at a salon. Suman is not only kind and caring but extremely talented. I constantly get compliments on my eyebrows wherever I go. I can't thank Suman and her team enough. I finally feel confident with my eyebrows. Highly recommend!!

Suman is the best she excellent in everything she does. She listens, is very attentive and alway aim to please no matter your background. This is my 4th time visiting her establishment undertaking microblading services and she never fails me. I wish she had a rating marked 6 as she always goes above and beyond to please every customer without bias. Thanks again Suman for the warm welcome for every visit and always delivering excellent service.

Went to Suman several years ago for eyebrow microblading. There is no denying she is extremely good at what she does. However, what she is not very good at is treating her customers well. She would laugh and scoff at my answers to her questions, which I found to be rather rude and demeaning despite her having no issues taking my hard earned money!!! In addition, she was on her phone constantly and other staff members would freely enter and leave the treatment room. I guess you only get treated well if you are a celebrity or decked out in designer clothing. Did anyone never tell you Suman, looks can be deceiving!!! Thankfully, I now have the lovely Jansu do my top up treatments. I saw her after Christmas and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is a true professional. Suman take note...

Today I had the pleasure of having my eyebrows revamped by Suman. I am very particular about my brows and have struggled to have them done to the standards that I have always wanted it, my brows are thick, curly and unruly! Suman from the moment I walked in was smiley, friendly and so natural in her way. The salon smells amazing and the decor is chic, you can see Suman pays attention to detail. When I sat down Suman talked me through my brows and then literally worked her magic!!! For once I hadn’t said how I want them or what to do, I literally had this gut feeling about her and let’s just say my husband told me you need to keep going to her! When a husband notices and tells you to drive 26miles you know the brows are bloody good! Defo a customer for life now, if you read this review don’t think twice you need to book in and get those brows done.

Wow! What can I say, she is literally a brow magician, after waiting a year with lockdown brows Suman worked her magic! Convenient location easy to get to and park, even after being late I was able to get my brows done, super professional yet friendly, first time meeting Suman felt like I had met an old friend! Highly recommended, ignore the other reviews if you want the best you have to pay for it!

Suman had her studio call to let me know she would not make my appointment 1 hour before my appointment time. I find it incredibly unprofessional. As clients, we’re expected to notify Suman 48 hours in advance if we need to cancel our appointment, but Suman is able to cancel 1 hour prior. She offered to see me at 3:30 (my original appointment time was 11:45) as if I already hadn’t planned my day around my appointment. In essence, this would not have been a one time appointment. I was planning to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped, and ultimately wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed (£600). Please don’t waste your time with Suman because she clearly doesn’t value others’ time. I’m happy to take my money elsewhere.
