Nice facilities and an excellent spa, but the service needs improvement.
The room structure and spa are great and definitely the highlight of the hotel. However, the service experience was inconsistent throughout my stay.
When I arrived at 4 a.m., I was initially given the wrong room category and had to return to reception with my reservation to be moved to the correct room. Laundry instructions were ignored and I had to request twice for my clothes to be folded as indicated. The laundry bag was also never replaced after use.
Breakfast service on Friday morning was disorganized, even though the restaurant was almost empty. I had to ask several times just to get a plate, coffee, and to order an omelet.
At checkout I requested the receipt for my stay and was told it would be sent within 30 minutes due to a system issue, but it never arrived in that time frame and I am still waiting.
Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its facilities locationand spa, but the operational service needs improvement.
