B.O.G. Hotel - 5 Estrellas de Lujo

Really fabulous hotel. True luxury. The highlight is definitely the staff. They are very attentive, friendly and warm. I loved that they knew us by first name. The hotel has nice amenities, especially the very warm, giant roof pool. Location is top, in a safe walkable neighborhood. The room design is very sharp and stylish. My only complaint is the door separating the toilet from the room is frosted glass and does not close 100%. This makes using the bathroom quite awkward. Would be much better with just a regular door.

The hotel is very nice. Clean, nicely appointed rooms, excellent breakfast, within easy walking distance to many hotels, shops, etc.||BUT, even though the rates on the hotel website looks attractive it may be better to book through North American travel websites with the option to cancel.|The hotel's website quotes in COP and the exchange rate will fluctuate every day. If you book through regular travel websites you may get more attractive rates and know exactly what you're paying. Also, you can compare a few days (or a week) before arriving at the hotel on their quoted rates and cancel your other reservation if you have taken the option of free cancellation. AND, you may get points or other perks if you are a regular member of a general travel website. |I would have given the BOG Hotel a 10 out of 10 rating were it not for the fact that I emailed the hotel's "Reservas" email address about the differences in prices quoted, but did not get an answer back until days later, after I was already checking out!!

The BOG is a fantastic hotel. We found it excellent (and very reasonably priced too). The service was excellent (thank you Leidy, Lorena, Daniel and David in the breakfast restaurant). ||The rooms are a good size, clean and well appointed; the hotel vibe is modern and well appointed and breakfasts were very good with a lovely variety of options on buffet and to order. Service was very attentive all round - reception, WhatsApp concierge, cleaners etc. ||The location is also very good - easy walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. We’d certainly recommend it unreservedly.

We traveled for a family wedding, and a large group of our family stayed at the Bog. |Breakfast, which was included with our stay, was plentiful with lots of options and delicious coffee. |We had an accident in the midst of our stay and would like to thank the staff, including the front desk, all attendants and restaurant staff, for their support and great attention to details pertaining helping us with our needs.|We highly recommend this hotel with warm, professional staff very well located and a modern clean design. |

Be extremely careful, while I was having a massage at the spa my wallet was stolen and had fraudulent purchases with my credit card. The hotel answer with a huge list of requirements to attend my complaint.

Wonderful Hotel in a very safe area of the town. Everybody was very friendly the staff at the desk fantastic and very helpful and friendly . Very good breakfast, Nice room and good pool on the rooftop. There is absolutely nothing negative to report.

I booked this property on the basis of reviews and was sorely disappointed. In an attempt not to bore you, I'll stick to the basics: 1. Slept with fans the first night because the room was hot and there no one available to take a look at it. 2. Had to change rooms 3 times because all rooms were hot. 3. The weekend manager didn't know there was a back-up door lock. 4. The light switches in the shower did not work. 5. The front desk guy lied to us about fixing the AC problem. 6. On the last day, the shower faucet literally came off in my hand. Also, the rooms are terribly small, the breakfast buffet is miserable, and the doors have unrepaired dings. In short, the only thing good about this hotel is the location, which they can't ruin if they try.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was super friendly and ready to help at any time. The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing, even if the weather is not prime, the terrace is equipped with heaters. The business room is nicely decorated and has everything you need for either a business trip or a vacation. Awesome shower too! Close enough to Zona T and Parque de la 93 to walk everywhere, but just far enough to not be bothered by traffic or city noise during evenings.
