B.O.G. Hotel - 5 Estrellas de Lujo

Really fabulous hotel. True luxury. The highlight is definitely the staff. They are very attentive, friendly and warm. I loved that they knew us by first name. The hotel has nice amenities, especially the very warm, giant roof pool. Location is top, in a safe walkable neighborhood. The room design is very sharp and stylish. My only complaint is the door separating the toilet from the room is frosted glass and does not close 100%. This makes using the bathroom quite awkward. Would be much better with just a regular door.

The BOG is a fantastic hotel. We found it excellent (and very reasonably priced too). The service was excellent (thank you Leidy, Lorena, Daniel and David in the breakfast restaurant). ||The rooms are a good size, clean and well appointed; the hotel vibe is modern and well appointed and breakfasts were very good with a lovely variety of options on buffet and to order. Service was very attentive all round - reception, WhatsApp concierge, cleaners etc. ||The location is also very good - easy walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. We’d certainly recommend it unreservedly.

Wonderful Hotel in a very safe area of the town. Everybody was very friendly the staff at the desk fantastic and very helpful and friendly . Very good breakfast, Nice room and good pool on the rooftop. There is absolutely nothing negative to report.

Very affordable for a 5 star hotel. Clean and modern. Service was top notch. Amazing breakfast buffet. Amazing rooftop pool with panoramic views.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was super friendly and ready to help at any time. The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing, even if the weather is not prime, the terrace is equipped with heaters. The business room is nicely decorated and has everything you need for either a business trip or a vacation. Awesome shower too! Close enough to Zona T and Parque de la 93 to walk everywhere, but just far enough to not be bothered by traffic or city noise during evenings.

The BOG is a beautiful hotel at a reasonable price and it centrally located to many restaurants, clubs and shopping. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I were going to BOgota.

This hotel is the epitome of style over substance. Smallish rooms. Hotel safe broken and sink leaking on arrival. Pool and bar area had no service and later closed for maintenance when we wanted to use it. Feels like no one is managing it and the front desk staff isn’t much help either. Very good breakfasts and shower pressure.

We spent our last night of our Colombian holiday in Bogota at this hotel before heading back to the UK. I had seen some reviews referring to poor service, but this was not the case for us at all. The staff were very pleasant and attentive and well coordinated as a team. The room was comfortable, and the immediate area feels safe and was full of smart restaurants. We stayed 2km from here at the beginning of our holiday, but the BOG location is better!
