I can only say that they have excellent customer service and very attentive staff! My Japanese was a bit rusty but they were patient and went out of their way to help me enter my membership card details, and also searching for the products I asked for (the jujutsu kaisen x beams collaboration), which are still in the storage but no longer displayed in public. I am very happy with my purchase there.

Would like to give minus if i can. Came here to buy a specific item and got thrown between staffs because i asked in english. In between i can see them just rolling their eyes at me, making me uncomfortable. Ended up on second floor and served by a super rude staff. I asked if they have other items from the collection and he just sighed in front of me asking what i want. Mind you he speak english just fine, so it's not just language barrier problem. I clearly asked if you have other items. If you come to Japan and you say everybody's polite here, i highly recommend you to come to Shibuya Beams 😂

Jan 28th - Evening The blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism were insane: - Staff 1 (male): literally waved me away when I asked, in Japanese, if they spoke English; yet proceeded to help a male customer in English - Staff 2 (male): walked away as I was asking a question, then responded with an aggressive “what?” because he couldn’t hear me - Staff 3 (male): smirked at my friend’s passport during payment and spoke the country’s name with a flavour of mockery (hint: a SEA country) I’m not surprised about the xenophobia and sexism in this country. It’s been known but buried pretty well. It was just mad to actually experience it. Additionally, the staff in these “streetwear” shops need to stop acting like they are saving world hunger.

Solid service from this location. Staff on the first floor were standoffish but the second floor were friendly. They had the Beams x Danton piece I was after when 3 other stores were sold out, so I scored a nice pickup before heading back to Canada.

Always liked Beams because they have a great selection of clothes. Unfortunately, this branch is just one that is worth avoiding because of the terrible staff attitude. They are quite condescending to foreigners and don’t even want to answer simple questions. In fact, they act like they don’t even want to be there to begin with. It’s better to take business elsewhere where customers are actually appreciated and welcomed.

The skinny male staff with mustache was extremely rude, once he knew I am a foreigner and asked for TAX-FREE, he threw all the items i’m buying and made impatient sounds, SUPER DISRESPECTFUL! But I still get what I want after at all, so… still a win win situation, I guess?!
