Do not recommend this branch. The salespersons suck - Super BAD attitude! I paid at the cashier and he asked me to check the product. Supposed the salesperson would help to unbox and show me the product. He didn’t, but rushed me to pay. Then he asked me for the passport for tax free procedure. When completed, he just THREW my passport on the desk without saying a word. He even forgot to give me the receipt, but stared at me and my husband implying why we were still here. He’s the worst salesperson I have ever met!

This is the most welcoming Beams store that we visited. I’m disabled and the young man Arisato was so kind and made sure I was sitting comfortably while my family members were shopping. Thanks ♥️

A staff who has a curl hairstyle was very friendly and perfect in English! Happy shopping and I’ll visit next travel

Shop staff was amazing. Bought a gift for a friend and they packaged it beautifully. I recommend coming here for anyone visiting Tokyo!! A MUST for any fashion lovers!!

They sell more than just beams inside the store but I feel their product were limited, not enough variation. Cools store design which is elevated the shopping experience but overall still could over more products for their customers to choose time
