A real treasure of a bar! Top tier cocktails with excellent service in what feels like a Tokyo whisky bar transported to HCMC. The space is beautiful, relaxed, and very grown up. The drinks are excellent, the stock of whisky impressive, and the bar staff utterly brilliant. The sort of bar you wish was your local.

Baron is a Classic Japanese Bar, located near central of Saigon. My friends introducted to me this bar is one of the best bar in the city. For my first impression when I came into this place, Baron is quite small but really compact and cozy. They dont have a menu in this bar, the bartender will make drink base on client requests. The drinks here are extraordinary and the bartender really helpful in advising us which drinks to try out, this is fascinating. I would love to return to this place on another occasion.

Literally walked by here and decided to pop in. Seriously charming little place with a fabulous selection of spirits. Very talented bartenders who can adapt to suit. I gave one guy a list of what I liked and didn't like and he whipped up this Earl Gray tea concoction. It was divine. The space is quite small but full of character. Might be hesitant to come later as seating and space is limited, but I'm open to the possibility!

Nice place. The bar area is brighter than that of other bars and has a view of the street. There is also a private seating area if u prefer one. Cocktail is nicely tailored to your taste. Peaceful atmosphere with some jazz music to relax after a long working day. Should reserve because the place is a bit small and seatings are limited.

I would love to give five stars but I can’t stand cigarette smoke, especially in small places. Chic and cozy and small, Baron delivers on classic cocktails with a Japanese-styled flair and flavor palette. Example: smoky martini using Laphroaig single malt. Friendly staff, yummy martinis and little nibbles to die for. Don’t miss the chocolate raisins or mimolette cheese toasted with bread and dried sausage. Superb little neighborhood spot.
