As Janelas Verdes/Riverview, a Lisbon Heritage Collection

I've been in a lot of hotel and this has to be one of the best. Everything was amazing. The rooms have everything you want and are beautiful on top. The communal rooms are a lovely space to have a ( complimentary) coffee or tea, or a glass of something special from the honesty bar, there is also complementary port always available. The breakfast is a great way to set you up for the day, everything on the buffet is quality and delicious, a glass of champagne ( would be rude not to).. Would love to return 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful historic building. We had a great stay. Our room was so comfortable, overlooking the walled garden, with bathrobes and slippers provided, as well as a decanter of port! The staff, especially reception, are so helpful, full of suggestions, and nothing is too much trouble. In a quiet neighbourhood, near to public transport, and the National Museum of Ancient Art. The Library and it's balcony are inviting, and a welcoming place to relax. Breakfast is delicious and so varied. Tea and coffee available all day, as well as an 'Honesty Bar'. We would definitely recommend

A wonderful stay in this historic building. Our room, overlooking the walled garden, was so comfortable, with bathrobes, slippers, and a decanter of port provided! Great breakfast too. There is a library and balcony overlooking the river on the top floor - a welcoming place to relax. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, with access to public transport nearby, so it's easy to get into the heart of Lisbon. The staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly, ready to answer questions, and nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely recommend As Janelas Verdes!

So comfortable and warm in the best way. Excellent people working here from|The Deon desk to housekeeping to breakfast. Fabulous breakfast. Alway coffee available in an Nespresso—several throughout the property. Honor bar. Several comfortable sitting areas. Lovely veranda with views of the river and interior patio. A very quiet part of now. Near the ancient art museum.

My experience at Janelas Verdes could not be better. I only used the rooftop for a drink and the library for a meeting, but it was so much worth it! Beautiful view, well arranged space, amazing people working there, so nice and helpful. Thank you for showing me how Portuguese people receive. Top notch hospitality!

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and quiet. I appreciated how they upgraded our daughters' room so that they were next to our suite. Also, the staff at the front desk did an amazing job with restaurant recommendations and reservation help. This is a top-notch hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Down a quiet street, this 18 century house, is a luxurious, cosy, and friendly place to stay Rooms have everything, robes, slippers, Molton brown toiletries and port wine. Around the house are 3 coffee stations with drinks, tea and coffee are free, all other drinks are available on honestly bar. The library is absolutely beautiful with a balcony overlooking the huge river. Breakfast is amazing, parking is available, but has to be reserved We have 3 nights, I don't want to leave

Yep. No need to look anywhere else for a beautiful hotel in Lisbon this was a lovely stay.||Friendly check in.||We stayed in a suite on the first floor overlooking some building in the foreground and the river in the background.||The room was very spacious and had another room with a sofa and drink making facilities to relax in.||Bathroom was ample size.||We were surprised withs bottle of bubbly for my birthday which was a lovely touch especially as we hadn’t told them it was my birthday.||There are a number of relaxing areas where there is a chance to get a drink of water, a snack or a tea/coffee. Also an honesty bar.||On the 3rd floor is a lovely library/astronomy room with a balcony you can enjoy the fresh air and views.||Noise wise, no noise at all apart from some outside noise in the early hours on Saturday/Sunday from some revellers coming home from a night out, otherwise not a peep.||Hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants tucked away in the side streets much nicer than the tourist traps. It’s a little trek into the more touristy area of Lisbon but you can get some walking in or enjoy public transport.
