The World's 50 Best is a scam. This is most definitely not the best restaurant in the world. Food was very mid, service was bad, atmosphere was worse. They don't even serve you enough food to be full. It is a strong contender for the worst 3 star dinner I've had, up there with the rest of this list.

I cannot get over how they served me a dessert that was a falling snowman, that looked like a 3 year old made it. And it was a bad dessert. On top of that, all the dishes were bad. And the wines.

I don't understand why anyone likes this place. Their signature dishes were quite possibly worse than their other dishes, which tells you enough. Plenty to write home about, but not in the good sense.

I wish I could even begin to recount how laughably bad this experience was, but I'd like to save myself the trauma. I have a review up on Google/TripAdvisor on this, but I don't want to doxx myself and post it here.

Service was bad, food was ridiculously sweet, the experience was terrible.

It saddens me to put this here because I loved Belon when Daniel Calvert was the chef. It was one of Hong Kong's best restaurants. Now, they charge obscene prices, and their staff have no shame in telling you the price of everything as they serve you.

I don't think this is on anyone's radar, but it is a 2 star Michelin, so I figured I would add it. Everything was tasteless. The waiters were incompetent.

Similar to Pujol, the hype is high, the reality is ratchet. Don't go, it's overpriced, not good, and outright bad.

I have had the misfortune of going here twice and now my life's mission is to warn people from having to endure coming here. Yes, there are a lot of novel things they serve you. No, they are not worth trying.

This is not Sketch, the egg bathrooms, this is the upstairs Sketch by Pierre Gagnaire. It is always empty, for good reason, and the reason is that the food is bad.

Just don't bother. All theatrics, no culinary talent.
