"Mention the Piazza to those who live in the area, and you’ll get mixed reviews. On one hand, it’s a little bit like a campus quad (with less learning going on) and the surrounding retail and restaurants—as a whole—leave a lot to be desired. On the other hand, neighbors may remember gathering at the Piazza to watch the Phillies work their way through the playoffs on the jumbotron, surrounded by a throng of cheering friends and fellow Philadelphians. It was the next best thing to being at Citizen’s Bank Park itself. The Phillies are a long way from regaining their glory, but occasionally the Piazza still feels like a good place to hang out." - The McQuades
