They do an amazing job offering classes for everyone no matter age or ability level in this health oriented, community studio. Just about everyone who walks by the class schedule wants to sign up for the Bollywood Dance Workout, which we can attest is “sooooo fun”. You’ve probably been to a yoga studio, but have you taken Yoga Booty Ballet? No? Do yourself a favor and get on the Heartbeat House level, friends."
