"Parts & Labour, Parkdale by Format. Matty Matheson, executive chef of Parts & Labour, is known for his rogue personality as much as his cooking skills. When he’s not hosting his own show on VICE Munchies, he’s whipping up the kind of high-end Canadian cuisine that turned Parkdale into a culinary destination. In fact, P&L’s burger was voted the best in the city.
