"Emerson Avenue Community Garden, Westchester. This volunteer-run garden gives back to the community in many ways. Located on the campus of Orville Wright Middle School, it operates after school hours and on weekends. In addition to granting local residents their very own plot to tend, they offer public programs including guided meditations, senior tours, summer outdoor movies, and regular storytime hour for kids in the garden. You can also find them at their booth at the Wednesday Westchester Farmers' Market."
