If you swing through Rock Bay along Bridge St, you can't miss Hoyne's adorable "FRESH BEER HERE" sign and walls of beautiful label art. But step into their growler station and sampling room and you'll see: this is a brewery dedicated to its work. They're busy folk, permanently at max capacity, but the work is worth it and the brews never fail to deliver."
