By changing up the surface area of the wood the volume of the liquor, they’re able to age their wheat, rye, and bourbon whiskeys at faster rates--but with no compromise to quality. You can grab a taste, a craft cocktail, or a bottle at the distillery store, and while they don’t currently offer formal tours, they’re happy to walk visitors through the process and answer questions."
