Age the finest ingredients in small barrels, then let the magic happen. By changing up the surface area of the wood the volume of the liquor, they’re able to age their wheat, rye, and bourbon whiskeys at faster rates--but with no compromise to quality. You can grab a taste, a craft cocktail, or a bottle at the distillery store, and while they don’t currently offer formal tours, they’re happy to walk visitors through the process and answer questions."
