On the Grid : Urubamba

"Formerly known as Inti Raymi, Urubamba is one of New York’s oldest Peruvian restaurant. The dishes here are rustic and comforting and taste like they've been made with love. The extensive menu offers familiar favorites like ceviche, BBQ chicken and lomo saltado (Peruvian-style beef stir fry), as well as harder to find Peruvian dishes like anticuchos de corazon (grilled veal hearts), lamb stew in aji panca sauce, and tacu tacu. Wash it down with a pitcher of chicha morada or sangria." - Diane Shaw
