"The Dupont Fountain is located in the center of Dupont Circle. Surrounded by many patches of grass, it’s a great spot to sit and have lunch, read a book, or even walk your dog! The fountain was formally known as the Rear Admiral Samuel Francis Dupont Memorial Fountain.
