"GymKC, Westside. The GymKC Westside is not your typical working out experience. Imagine working out in a 1950’s basement of the party house on the block. Bright orange walls, shag carpet, vintage lamps and décor everywhere, it’s almost sad when no one offers you a Mai Tai. The classes are fun, especially Paulates, The Bikefast Club and Yoga with Bernie. Try not to look surprised when you see people practicing their unicycle tricks in the back room."
