The Picnic Baskets of the Pandemic | The New Yorker

"I found Bubby’s in Tribeca makes picnicking especially easy with its fried-chicken picnic package ($100), which features eight craggy pieces accompanied by flaky buttermilk biscuits, coleslaw, and four slices of pie (fillings such as chocolate peanut butter and local blueberry). Mashed potatoes with gravy are also included; I’d argue they’re wrong for a picnic, but it’s a forgivable offense." - Hannah Goldfield
