The menu features a combination of Italian and more traditional Thanksgiving dishes. Items include pappardelle with turkey Bolognese; smoked ham chop with polenta, roasted apple, cippolini onion and smoked hock jus; and chocolate pecan pie with smokey chocolate sauce and blonde chocolate-stracciatella gelato.
