ACQ Bread Co - Review - Carroll Gardens - New York - The Infatuation

"After picking up some sourdough milk bread at ACQ Bread Co., you might feel compelled to show it off to someone on the street, or brag about it to a group of your bread-loving friends. We know that sounds strange, but once you try your first bite of the chewy, spongy, slightly sweet loaf, you’ll know exactly what we mean. ACQ Bread Co. is an elevator-sized bakery in Carroll Gardens, and you could walk right by it, if it wasn’t for the hand-painted menu on an easel out front, and the smell of sourdough, and ginger miso cookies. They’re only open Friday and Saturday, from 4-7pm, but find time to swing by for that milk bread or a sourdough boule, a few cookies, and some homemade jam." - Willa Moore
