This isn't the buzziest restaurant in the West Village, but it’s a charming spot with a dedicated following, and it'll make you feel like you're temporarily in Paris. They do the classics well, so stop by for some steak frites and ultra-garlicky escargot. The roasted duck is another great choice, with crisped-up skin that tastes like bacon, and a side of perfectly fluffy mashed potatoes.
