"Supermoon Bakehouse is perfect. Some people might say it's too perfect, in fact. You won't find a single baked good at Supermoon that isn't technically flawless, so if you're nerdy for laminated pastries, you're going to love this place. They have a rotating menu of croissants, cruffins, eclairs, doughnuts, and a few savory items like the best sausage roll in NYC and some pizza/focaccia hybrids. They rely on a Supreme-style marketing strategy of swagg-y packaging and weekly pastry drops, so expect consistently long lines on the weekends.
