For the past two decades, this upscale spot has been turning produce from local farms into gorgeous, snacky dishes that belong in a California tourism brochure. Recently Rustic Canyon's longtime chef-partner Jeremy Fox took over the kitchen once again and it appears as though he's there to stay.
