"Rimessa is part of the Roscioli family empire of restaurants and cafes and offers two nightly guided wine tastings at 5pm and 8:30pm that feel like a big dinner party where you’ll make friends with the people next to you—and if you’d rather not, you can still make a reservation anytime for dinner. While the original Roscioli is one of the best places in Rome for pasta, you can get the same excellent cacio e pepe at Rimessa without the cramped seating or needing to set five different alarms to try and get a reservation.
