Estância Brazilian Steakhouse shared by @infatuation says: ""If you’ve been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you already have some idea of what a meal at Estância will look like. The dining room is classy, and it’s built around a large salad bar. It starts with a basket of pão de queijo, grilled plantains, and crispy polenta, and the second you turn your little coaster from the red side to the green side, it’s go time. Servers come by with giant steaks, lamb chops, pork loins, and chicken drumsticks, all lined up on tall metal skewers and served tableside. While that’s happening, bartenders are wheeling around carts with elaborate cocktail setups that they’ll mix in front of you. It’s sensory overload, but the quality is among the best you’ll find at any place with bottomless filet mignons and ribeyes."" on Postcard
