You’ll get dishes like housemade pastas, locally-raised wagyu, and farm-fresh produce sourced from area farms. Element 47 is also known for having one of the best wine programs in Colorado, with a massive subterranean cellar that they’ll give you a tour of if you ask really, really nicely.
