The Best Pancakes In NYC - New York - The Infatuation

"Putting your name in for a table to eat the pancakes at Clinton St. Baking Company two hours later is the kind of thing you should do at least once for brunch—and, if you live in the area, once every six months. This place is loud, unreasonably busy at brunch, and yes, kind of annoying to eat at, but the pancakes are truly top-notch. They’re basic, but airy and delicious. They're also available at dinner, when it's much easier to get a spot." - molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah, kenny yang, carina finn koeppicus
