Kin Len Thai Night Bites Review - Fremont - Seattle - The Infatuation

"We’d hang out at Kin Len Thai Night Bites just to look around and eat khao soi. The dining room is an impressive showroom of canvas canopies, lounge seating, pink lighting, and large paper umbrellas. With all of the exciting design details, the khao soi is just as exciting—it’s made with braised chicken thigh, thick and spicy coconut broth, and tender egg noodles. If you get this and ignore the rest of the menu, this place is great." - Aimee Rizzo
