Where To Have A Big Night Out After Cooking At Home For Months - New York - The Infatuation

"In case you want your meal to include some amazing wine, The Four Horsemen will be your Paradise Lost (without all of Milton’s blank verse and satanic drama). This natural wine bar changes their menu just about as often as a hygienic person does laundry. We’ve happily eaten everything from fluke tartare to ribs to pasta fagioli during dinners here, and we keep coming back to see what else they can come up with. Reservations are released online 30 days in advance at 7am, and they're usually snatched up right away. The good news: this place takes walk-ins. Arrive around opening at 5:30pm, and there's a very decent chance you'll be seated right away (maybe even at a table). If there's a wait, you can hang at the affiliated bar next door, Nightmoves." - hannah albertine
