"Uovo is a casual pasta bar run by the Sugarfish people with multiple locations across the city. Despite all that, it hasn’t fallen prey to the pitfalls of mini-chains. Service is prompt and efficient, and you can pop in for some well-executed, consistent pasta (the cacio e pepe and tortellini en brodo are standouts) and a glass of wine without it feeling like a big deal.
