"Wright’s does darn good Arkansas BBQ. In other words, you'll find lots of smoked pork and several bearded men massaging said smoked meat behind a counter. Order the three meat plate with brisket, burnt ends, and ribs to see how all that rubbing paid off. The brisket is juicy and tender, and their bacon burnt ends start salty before dissolving like a magic trick. We also love their collard greens with bits of pork, and the jalapeño ranch sauce is a nice change of pace from the main spicy, bold, and original BBQ sauce options. The Bentonville location is right by the Slaughter Pen Trail (maybe a bit on the nose), so come for a post-ride lunch under a big red umbrella. There are only three booths inside, so if it looks like rain, get there early." - Ryan Bernsten
