They are open seven days a week (from 6am until 3pm), have a wide selection of flavors that rarely run out, and produce solid bagels that are consistent in quality. But you’re coming here for the kettle-boiled bagels: they’re bready, a little on the sweet side, and a great vehicle for one of the house-made schmears.
