The Crosby Bar Review - Soho - New York - The Infatuation

"The Crosby Bar, in the bottom of Soho’s immodestly priced Crosby Street Hotel, is almost hidden, tucked behind a sunken patio on Lafayette Street. And yet, people know about it. We don’t know who exactly these people are, but they appear to be an assortment of prom goers, gallery owners, aspiring influencers, and divorcees who are learning how to date again. The room is surprisingly large, with lots of cushy seating upholstered in every color of the rainbow, and if you stop by on a Saturday night, you’ll find a lively scene. You can eat a full dinner—tuna tartare and duck confit, say—or you can just hang out at a little table, drink a few espresso martinis, and eavesdrop on some folks who are, most likely, regulars at Art Basel.
