Laurel Bakery shared by @infatuation says: ""Laurel Bakery is a very Brooklyn establishment. It makes its own sunflower milk, sells an excellent baguette for $7, and is full of Cobble Hill moms who come here after school drop-off, and discuss their upcoming trips to Paris. Laurel is from the team behind Clinton Hill wine bar Place des Fêtes—and the currently-closed Oxalis—and you can expect things like flaky escargot with ramps in the spring, or homemade cultured butter, sold by the half pound. Head to the all-green bakery for one of the city's best croissants in the morning, or a jambon-buerre after 11am. There's nowhere to sit inside, but you can take your bag of buttery treats to Brooklyn Bridge Park a few minutes away. photo credit: Willa Moore"" on Postcard
