"After closing in 2020, Verjus is back. This candle-lit wine bar—from the Cotogna and Quince team—has returned to their original Jackson Square location. The menu focuses on rotating selection of mostly natural wines alongside French dishes like petrale sole six verjus, gigot d’agneau, and pommes dauphine comte.
