"Dinner at Gunshow is like a chef experimentation lab with a dim sum service of small plates that change weekly. The dining room in Glenwood Park is chaotic and noisy, full of chefs presenting their dishes to every table. And a bar cart makes its rounds to torch-smoke, elaborately garnish, or tumble-shake your drinks tableside. The dishes are often creative hits like a cold bulgogi topped with miso ice cream and bits of a waffle cone. But chefs have also presented a few major duds (their chocolate foie gras sandwich cookies still haunt us). But just like a Falcons playoff game, the unpredictability and high energy atmosphere is all part of the appeal, so Gunshow is a gamble that, when they're on it, usually yields big rewards.
