They’re made to order, so you can watch while a small circle of pizza dough is filled, sealed, and deep-fried, emerging as a crisp golden pocket oozing so satisfyingly with cheese and red sauce that you might forget you are here to eat, not stare. Get the classic or the artichoke—they also have sweet panzerotti, and nearly everything is under $10.
